CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Charleston police have charged two more people in connection with the Tuesday robbery of the State Credit Union just east of the Capitol in the 2200 block of Washington Street.
Shearney Lee McKeller, 37, of Charleston, and Latisha Renee Dorsey, 38, of Charleston, were both charged with first-degree robbery Wednesday.
Shawn Camille Elmore, 33, of Birmingham, Ala., and Charlene Wells Bowman, 26, of Montgomery, Ala., were both charged with first-degree robbery Tuesday.
Shearney Lee McKeller, 37, of Charleston, and Latisha Renee Dorsey (pictured), 38, of Charleston, were both charged with first-degree robbery Wednesday.
McKeller, who police initially said cooperated in the investigation, and Dorsey planned the robbery with Elmore and Bowman, according to a press release from Charleston Police.
McKeller drove the getaway car and Bowman was a passenger, police said.
Police said that after reviewing the circumstances and statements from the case, Bowman admitted her role and said McKeller was involved, said Chief of Detectives S.A. Cooper.
Elmore entered the credit union, handed the teller a blank piece of paper and told her it was a robbery, said Sgt. Aaron James, assistant chief of detectives. He was calm at first, but started speaking louder and became more agitated, he said.
"He kept saying he did not want to take hostages, but he would if he had to," James said.
Elmore put his hand in his pocket as if he had a gun, but didn't show one, according to the criminal complaint filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court. He put the money in a white bag as the teller gave it to him, police said.

He walked out of the bank and between some houses across the street, according to the complaint.
Originally police thought Bowman drove the getaway car, but now believe it was McKeller.
Later they divided the money and went to the mall to spend it, according to police.
Elmore is also being charged with the Jan. 5, 2007, robbery of the 7-Eleven on Bigley Avenue, and a robbery at the same credit union on Jan. 23, 2007, according to police.
Elmore's main reason for being in Charleston was to rob the bank, Cooper said.
"They were all involved in the planning of the robbery and in reaping the rewards from the robbery," he said.
Police are going back through their files to see if there are other banks Elmore may have robbed, here and elsewhere, Cooper said.

I am so glad they were caught. Any fool that robs a bank and goes to the mall down the street to spend the loot; deserves to be caught and punished to the fullest extent of the law!
