Two workers are accused of selling marijuana from the restaurant during work hours.
Police say 27-year-old Michael Maxwell and 28-year-old Brian Savage, both of Kingwood, were arrested Sunday without incident. They each face three felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one felony count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
Attempts to reach both men for comment today were unsuccessful. Neither has a published telephone number and while both have requested public defenders, no one has yet been assigned to them.
The arrests followed an investigation by State Police and the Preston County Sheriff's Department.
If convicted, Maxwell and Savage each face one to five years in prison on each delivery charge and one to five years in prison on the conspiracy charge.
