Loss of Goody's store seen as an isolated case at Dudley Farms

Although the Goody's store along Corridor G will close as part of a national liquidation, Dudley Farms Plaza is fully occupied and West Virginia retailers are thriving while those in other states struggle, shopping center managers say.

    These past few months have had a few extra servings of difficulties for us, so it would have been easy to wallow and whine. But right in the midst of my problems (to be specific, just after the furnace and plumbing disasters, but before the car and electric problems), it was time to start work on the Gazette's Christmas Fund.
