Preston's Tyler Milton and Logan's Derrick Perrin shared honors Monday as The Associated Press high school co-players of the week.

Other top performances:

  • Riverside wide receiver Raheem Waiters threw a 76-yard scoring pass and caught four passes for 110 yards, including two TDs, in a 34-22 win over Winfield. He also intercepted two passes and recovered a fumble.
  • Capital's Keion Wright carried 31 times for 218 yards and four TDs in a 36-12 win over Huntington.
  • Hurricane's Terrell Martin ran 14 times for 187 yards and three TDs in a 42-10 win over Ripley.
  • St. Marys' Derek Spitzer ran for 215 yards and three TDs in a 42-14 win over Parkersburg Catholic. Parkersburg Catholic's Cole Cwynar caught five passes for 169 yards and two TDs.
  • Midland Trail's Dustin Nickell carried 14 times for 184 yards and three TDs in a 44-24 win over Meadow Bridge.
  • Notre Dame's Nolan Tucci threw for 209 yards and three TDs in a 28-24 win over Cameron. Cameron's Kyle Warsinsky ran 19 times for 190 yards and two TDs.
  • Matewan's Josh Sammons completed 9-of-12 passes for 200 yards and two TDs and he ran for two scores in a 50-22 win over Grundy, Va. He also threw four two-point conversion passes.
  • Lincoln's Tyler Browning threw for 252 yards and two TDs and ran for another score in a 34-22 win over Sissonville. Sissonville's Raymond Boggess ran 30 times for 238 yards and two TDs.
  • Musselman's Casey Cochran ran for 185 yards and caught a TD pass in a 24-6 win over Woodstock, Va.
