The Dots and Renegades (5-10) went back-and-forth in regulation. Poca (7-5) rallied from a seven-point deficit in the fourth quarter to tie the game. Poca's Jason Cuffee played the entire game, leading all scorers with 29 points.
The loss is Poca's second gut-wrencher in as many days in Beckley. On Tuesday, Class AA No. 1 Wyoming East rallied from a five-point deficit in the fourth quarter to knock off the Dots 56-54.
Westside's Dustin Tilley finished with 15 points and Dylan Newsome had 16. Jacob Sisson had 12, Hunter Hawley 11 and Clinton Parsons 10 for the Dots.
WYOMING EAST 81, PIKEVIEW 75, 2OT: Class AA No. 1 Wyoming East was 7-for-10 from the free-throw line in the second overtime as it finally pulled away with a win. Chase Morgan scored a game-high 28 points for the Warriors (12-1) while Alex Webb had 16, Marcus Schofield 12 and Andrew Bishop 11, including a game-tying layup with four seconds left in the first overtime.
Tommy Symns scored 27 points to pace PikeView. Jordan Weitzel added 18 points for the Panthers and Ben Nester had 12.
CAPITAL 76, WOODROW 56: Capital used a 33-7 third quarter to erase a two-point halftime deficit and coasted to a win at home. Tommy Gwinn led the Class AAA No. 3 Cougars (12-1) with 16 points followed by George Burkes with 13, Mark Hale with 12, Sam Jones with 11 and James Morris with 10. Cameron Shannon and Larry Terry scored 15 points each to lead Woodrow Wilson.
HOOVER 82, ROANE 48: Herbert Hoover buried 11 3-point shots in a win on the road. Charlton Gandee had four 3-pointers on his way to a game-high 19 points, Shawn Chandler pitched in with 18 points for the Huskies (6-5) while Brian Shaffer had 14 and Jonathon Marshall 12. Alex Mace paced Roane County with 17 points and Colter Taylor had 16.
OAK HILL 64, BLUEFIELD 61: Bluefield's Kyle Harris missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer for host Bluefield. Oak Hill's Kaliff Wright hit the go-ahead jumper with 1:30 left. Wright and Jack Flournoy led the No. 2 Red Devils (10-1) with 26 points each. Craig Ponder led No. 7 Bluefield (9-3) with 20 points, Harris had 13 and Price 11.
PARKERSBURG SOUTH 71, BRIDGEPORT 62: Chase Fieler led the Patriots with 28 points, 12 rebounds and six blocks. South (10-3) went on a 28-14 run in the second quarter and held off visiting Bridgeport (8-5) in the second half. Sam Holtz had 14 points for the Patriots and Matt Emerick and Michael Molinari added 11 each. Jerome Axton led Bridgeport with 24 points and Michael Johnson, Tyler Sprouse and Connor Kornbrath all had 10.
POCAHONTAS 75, TYGARTS VALLEY 62: Lakota Jonese led the Warriors with 21 points. Pocahontas (9-2) went on a 22-12 run in the third quarter to pull ahead of the host Bulldogs. Jim Wiley had 17 points, Tanner Graham 14 and Jerry Simonin 13 for the Warriors. Brandon Pritt led all scorers with 24 points and Christian Scott added 10 for Tygarts Valley (2-9).
TOLSIA 58, BURCH 29: Tolsia held Burch to just six field goals as the Rebels won at home. Jacob Copley poured in 24 points for Tolsia and MacKenzie Martin had 14. Ryan Hatfield led Burch with nine points.

MIDLAND 66, LINCOLN 44: Michael Brumfield tossed in 18 points and Matt Walker 16 for visiting Cabell Midland.

Cody Chipps led all scorers with 14 points for the Big Reds (7-7). Andy Dollman had 12 and Devin Hoehn had 10. Chris Knapp led Riverside (1-10) with 10 points.

PRINCETON 48, HURRICANE 43: Princeton outscored Hurricane 19-14 in the fourth quarter, providing the winning cushion in a home victory for the Tigers. Krystal White scored 12 points to lead Princeton (7-8). Allie Browne led Hurricane with 14 points.
SCOTT 88, TUG 50: Scott held a 28-13 advantage in the first quarter and the Skyhawks rolled to a win. Makenzie White scored 23 points for homestanding Scott (13-3). Ciera Bias added 20 points for the Class AA No. 2 Skyhawks while Brittani Adkins chipped in 19 points and Kate Tadlock 14. Scott made nine 3-pointers. Tabby Mounts led Tug Valley (6-9) with 14 points and Elizabeth Evans scored 12.
SPRING VALLEY 47, RIPLEY 45: Cadera Cole scored 11 points, including two free throws with 11 seconds remaining, as the host Timberwolves topped the Vikings. Megan Perry led Spring Valley (10-7) with 14 points and Kylie Perdue had 10. For Ripley (12-6), Taylor Wilson scored 23 points while Alannah Sheets had 15 points and 11 rebounds.
MAN 71, GILBERT 67: Man erased a six-point halftime deficit with a 24-8 run in the third quarter. Tabby Johnson erupted for 30 points for the Hillbillies, while Paige Stacy chipped in 16 points and Taylor Whited 10.
Danielle Butcher led the way for Gilbert (7-6) with 24 points, Brianna New posted 15 and Kalenia Ellis 12.
