The Dots (3-7) managed to win despite losing leading rusher Caleb Arthur just before halftime with a leg injury. Arthur ran for 66 yards and one TD on a dozen carries before leaving the game.
Cuffee completed 9-of-18 passes, hitting Tyler Moore with a 79-yard strike for the Dots' first score. Cuffee also ran 35 yards for a TD in the fourth quarter.
Tolsia (4-6) scored in the fourth period on Jacob Copley's 4-yard run. It was the only score allowed by Poca's defense, a sore spot most of the season in giving up 30 or more points six times.
Jimbo Smith had 50 yards on 15 carries and 52 yards on four catches for the Rebels.
Tray Davis filled in for Arthur in the second half, rushing for 86 yards on 16 carries and scoring on a 1-yard run. Jake Skeens had a 3-yard TD run for Poca and Moore caught five passes for 150 yards.
SPRING VALLEY 34, WINFIELD 13: Four different players ran for touchdowns as Class AAA No. 4 Spring Valley ended the regular season with a home victory over Winfield.
It was Spring Valley's first nine-win season in school history.
Anthony Evans started the scoring with a 3-yard TD run in the first quarter. Dane Niday found the end zone twice on the ground, and Zach Wellman and Eric Slayton added scoring runs.
The Timberwolves (9-1) racked up 271 rushing yards, led by Niday's 63 yards on nine carries.
Two empty trips deep into Spring Valley territory proved costly for Winfield (3-7). The Generals had a first-and-goal at the 1 in the first half and were stopped, and Josh Clark fumbled on the Spring Valley 21 in the third quarter to halt another potential scoring drive.
The Timberwolves promptly responded with a nine-play, 79-yard drive ending in Niday's first touchdown, sealing the win.
WAHAMA 58, BUFFALO 22: A steady dose of Micaiah Branch and seven Buffalo turnovers allowed Class A No. 9 Wahama to run away with a home victory.
Branch rumbled for 280 yards on 17 attempts with four touchdowns. The White Falcons (8-2) accumulated 475 yards on the ground, including 159 yards on 16 carries and a score from Ryan Lee.
Levi Jordan threw for 219 yards on 13-of-29 passing for the Bison (3-7) but threw five picks, including a second-half interception by Branch, who ran it back 30 yards for a score. Buffalo also lost two fumbles in the game.
Matt Moore carried the load for Buffalo, gaining 67 yards and a touchdown on six rushes and adding 128 yards on six catches.

The Class A No. 14 Greyhounds (7-3) rushed for 263 yards, led by Marcus White and Cameron Belmont. White gained 95 yards on seven carries, and Belmont contributed 78 yards and a touchdown on seven attempts.
Chris Hatcher led the Wolfpack, carrying six times for 85 yards, including a 58-yard touchdown with less than 20 seconds remaining in the third quarter.
Charles White passed for 103 yards on 9-for-21 passing, including a late 25-yard touchdown pass to Justin Hensley.
RICHWOOD 68, GILMER 26: Sam Tindal reeled off touchdown runs of 47, 1, 30 and 51 yards to start the game as Class A No. 1 Richwood jumped out to a 54-0 halftime lead and cruised past Gilmer County at home.
Dustin Brown added three touchdowns in the second quarter on runs of 57, 33 and 12 yards for the Lumberjacks (10-0).
Josh Burton scored on runs of 78 and 36 yards in the second half for Gilmer County (3-7).
ROANE 32, RITCHIE 13: Dylan Cottrill and Nathan Reynolds ran for two touchdowns each as Roane County won at Ritchie County and wrapped up a Class AA playoff berth.
Cottrill scored on runs of 13 and 30 yards, and Reynolds, who led Roane with 135 yards on 20 carries, found the end zone from 10 and 9 yards.
Roane (6-4) rushed for 350 yards on 57 carries and limited Ritchie (2-8) to 142 yards of total offense.
Roane, which led by just 14-7 at halftime, entered the game ranked No. 16 in Class AA. Michael Bates scored Roane's other TD on a 1-yard run.
For Ritchie, Brian Tingler scored on a 5-yard run and Andy Lipscomb connected with Mark Echard on a 65-yard TD pass.
BURCH 54, HANNAN 20: Thomas Crum ran for three touchdowns and caught a TD pass as Burch ended the season at 5-5 with a victory at Hannan.
Burch entered the game ranked No. 23 in Class A. Hannan ended the season at 0-10.
Crum scored on runs of 36, 9 and 32 yards and caught Ryan Hatfield's 22-yard TD pass.
Also scoring for Burch were Dakota Dempsey on a 5-yard pass from Hatfield, Jacob Butcher on an 11-yard carry, Trevor Woolum on a 38-yard run and Messer Steven on a 51-yarder.
