With all the bonuses going around and everything, it seems like now would really be a good time to go to work for the housing agency, the West Virginia Housing Development. I mean, after all, if they're going to give them that kind of bonuses, they've got to be wading knee deep in money.

I wish the hierarchy of the Catholic Church would have paid as much attention to the pedophiles in their own ranks as they do not wanting women to have reproductive rights. You men do not have a clue. It is so sad.

Does anyone know of a grocery store that sells fruit like pears wrapped up like they used to do instead of out individually where all the dirty hands can get at them?

I'm just so thankful that some of these surface mining, mountaintop removal projects are closing. There's nothing wrong with mining coal, but not when you totally destroy the environment -- large tracts of West Virginia. I hope they all close and let the men go to work mining deep coal.

Hey, coal miners in Boone County, quit bashing Obama because you're losing your jobs. He told you when he was running for president he was going to ruin the coal mining industry and you still backed him, so don't complain.

What in the world is going on with this new rule for renewing your driver's license? This is absolutely ridiculous. I went over there, stood in line. I didn't have the 1099. I didn't have this, I didn't have that. I had a whole briefcase full of stuff but she still wouldn't accept that.

With all of the many wholesome woman role models in our society, why would JCPenney pick Ellen Degeneres to be their spokesperson?

I live in the city of Charleston. I just got my $88 sewage bill, my $77 water bill. Boy it's great living in the city of Charleston. It's time they do something that will help out the real people living here in town.

I'm watching WSAZ-TV and they're talking about the future of Charleston. They call it Imagine Charleston, the future that it could possibly have. Well, the future starts with cleaning up this filthy city.
