There are a lot of coyotes in the South Hills area of Loudon Heights and Hampton roads. They've also been spotted off Ravinia and Smith roads. Is anyone going to do anything about this? They're killing our pets. People need to be aware and keep their animals indoors.

Concerning the protests against coal: I do not have anyone in my family who has ever worked for the coal mines, but I am for coal energy. If these people want to protest coal mining, they need to go to China and protest their type of mining. Their people are getting killed every day.

If paving crews don't pick up the pace on their work on I-64 between Teays Valley and Hurricane, we are going to be stuck with the speed-bump-like patch job until next spring.

If the county is looking for ways to cut spending by $500,000, they may want to start with their own county commission office.
