One dies in rollover accident near Cabin Creek

CABIN CREEK, W.Va. -- A man was killed in a rollover accident in eastern Kanawha County Wednesday afternoon after he was thrown from the vehicle.
Three men were in a pickup truck on Coal Fork Road off Cabin Creek Road around 3 p.m. when the driver lost control of the vehicle and ran off the road, according to State Police. One of the passengers was thrown from the truck and it rolled on top of him, killing him.
The driver of the truck suffered a minor injury and was taken to the hospital. None of the men was wearing seat belts, police said.
The name of the victim hasn't been released and police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
