W.Va. farm products show off at winter market
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- Fifty West Virginia farmers and food vendors are expected to show off their products at the annual Winter Blues Farmers Market in Morgantown.
The free event takes place from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Morgantown Event Center. It's designed to showcase small farms and culinary expertise.
The Local Foods Dine-Around features offerings from several area chefs and runs from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The events are part of the West Virginia University Extension Service Farm Conference, which runs through Saturday.
