Police looking for Putnam County bank robber

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Police are looking for a man who allegedly robbed a Putnam County bank Wednesday.

The man came into Poca Valley Bank in Poca and gave a bank teller a note demanding money, according to a news release from the West Virginia State Police.

After getting some money, the man left the bank on foot, according to police.

Police say the suspect is described as a clean-shaven white man wearing a white button-up shirt and black pants.

Police say the man wore a wig and false goatee and mustache to hide his identity.
