Tomblin to speak at state Chamber meeting

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin will give the opening keynote address at the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce's annual meeting and business summit.

The three-day event starts Aug. 28 at The Greenbrier resort.

The 77th annual meeting also features panel discussions on the future of manufacturing in West Virginia, education, health-care costs, energy and technology.
