Cleveland man arrested in Marmet on drug charges

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- An Ohio man who police say possessed prescription pills and marijuana was arrested Thursday morning in Marmet.

Eugene J. Lobaugh, 27, of Cleveland, was pulled over by Kanawha County sheriff's deputies and charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver controlled substances, according to a news release from deputies.

Police say they found 291 oxycodone pills and more than two pounds of marijuana in his vehicle.

Lobaugh was being held Wednesday in the South Central Regional Jail.
