W.Va. writers scheduled to appear, sign books

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Woodland Press, an independent West Virginia publisher based in Chapmanville, has scheduled several appearances and book signings by West Virginia writers. They include:

Novelists Michael Knost and Geoff Fuller and Sunday Life & Style columnist Karin Fuller will be appear from 1 to 3 p.m. today at Books-A-Million at Charleston Town Center Mall.

Fuller and two other authors, Keith Davis and Frank Larnerd will be at the mall bookstore from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday. Authors Ellen Thompson McCloud and Jessie Grayson will be at Books-A-Million from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Also, from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, the Fullers will be at Drug Emporium in Kanawha City.

Geoff Fuller is the author of "Full Bone Moon." Knost, a Bram Stokes winner, wrote "The Mothman Files." Davis wrote "The Secret Life and Brutal Death of Mamie Thurman," and Larnerd is the author of "Mountain Magic."

"Stories from the Hearth" author Brian J. Hatcher and Larnerd will sign books from 1 to 3 p.m. Dec. 18 at the Town Center Mall's Books-A-Million, where Davis and the Fullers will return from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 22, and Davis, Hatcher and Knost will appear from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 23.
