Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church is celebrating its 123rd anniversary Sunday. The Rev. Andrew McDavid of St. Paul Baptist Church will conduct the 11 a.m. service and at 3 p.m. the Rev. Shelley Bausley of Pilgrim Home Missionary Baptist will speak and the choir will sing. Food will be served at 1 p.m.
The Neals will have their third annual homecoming at 6 p.m. Nov. 14 at Sewell Valley Baptist Church, Rainelle. The Neals, The Faithmen and The King's Messengers will perform. Special guests will be Terry and Barbi Franklin of Nashville, Tenn. Admission is free; however, a love offering will be received for the Rainelle Christian Academy. The Father's House Missionary Baptist Church invites the community to worship Sunday at 11 a.m. in its new location, 502 29th Street. The church was formerly known as Berea Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Fairlawn Baptist Church will host a Christmas Bazaar/Open House from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at 501 20th Street, Dunbar. Crafts, books, jewelry, baked goods, dolls, clowns, furniture, wreaths and other Christmas items will be featured. Orders for breakfast and lunch will be taken.

Charleston Baptist Temple will have its fifth annual Christmas bazaar and flea market from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 14 on the main floor, gym and fellowship hall at the church, 209 Morris St. Crafts, baked goods, homemade candy, antique corner, live music and vendors will be featured. Lunch will be available and hot dogs, soup and more will be sold. While you're shopping, the kids can visit with Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, color, play games, make a craft and hear the reading of the Christmas story, the legend of St. Nicholas and more in the Children's Corner.
