West Virginia American Water has lifted two precautionary boil-water advisories issued this week.

The affected areas in Kanawha County stretched from the Pocatalico exit to Haines Branch Road and included the following streets: Shirkey Lane, Tolley Hollow, Long Meadow Park, Grapevine Road, Renard Street and Second Creek Road.

The affected areas in Boone County included the communities of Van, Gordon, Uneeda and Twilight who experienced loss of water or low water pressure on Monday.

The advisories were issued following water leaks.
