Redeemer Lutheran Church: is having its third annual Holiday Bazaar and Community Outreach event from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 14 at the church, located off the Paula Road exit on Corridor G, one exit from Wells Furniture. Anyone who brings in at least one non-perishable food item for the church's food pantry will automatically be entered in a drawing for a door prize, which will include items from each of the participating vendors. All of the food items received as well as proceeds from table rentals will go to stock the food pantry and prepare Thanksgiving baskets for local families in need. There will also be a hot dog sale and free beverages and doughnuts will be provided to shoppers while supplies last. Berea Seventh-Day Adventist Church,: formerly located in North Charleston, is celebrating the Grand Opening of its new worship facility located at 216 Highland Ave. in South Charleston.
