Geraldine Jackson (left) of Charleston, Patty Dillon of Charleston and Joetta Kuhn of Alum Creek, members of the Anne Bailey Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, ring liberty bells Thursday at the end of activities for Constitution Day events at the Robert C. Byrd U.S. District Courthouse in Charleston. Byrd pushed for creation of the special day, which recognizes the ratification of the U.S. Constitution.
