Police searching for rapist in Culloden

HUNTINGTON -- Authorities in Cabell County are on the lookout for a man who raped a woman in Culloden on Sunday.

The victim told state troopers from the Huntington State Police detachment that she was subdued and raped after a man broke into her house on Oakwood Road about 4:30 p.m. The man then left.

Troopers are looking for a white male between 5-feet, 9-inches and 5-feet, 11-inches tall. Anyone with information about the man is asked to call the Huntington State Police detachment at 304-528-5555.
