FUTURE EVENTS
Fire Committee of Kanawha County Public Safety Grant Committee: will meet at 11 a.m. Monday in the Kanawha County Courthouse, Commission Courtroom. The Kanawha County Fire Coordinator position to include providing 50 percent funding for the position from the Public Safety Grant Fire Funds is on the agenda.
South Charleston Public Library: will offer a program at 6:30 p.m. Thursday by Kim Pauley and others from the Charleston Ballet, who will demonstrate basic dance moves. The library is at 312 Fourth Ave. For information, call 304-744-6561.
Sarcoidosis Foundation of West Virginia: has canceled its "Night of Elegance" black tie event and purple carpet affair scheduled for July 24. The event will be rescheduled.
Hansford Center: will offer an evening of music and or dance featuring Ernie Noel and the Creekers at 6:30 p.m. on July 25. Hot dogs and all the fixings will be sold beginning at 5:30 p.m.
