Forbes to headline W.Va. Business Summit

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Steve Forbes, chief of the business news empire that bears the family name and a former presidential candidate, will headline the West Virginia Business Summit in White Sulphur Springs this year.
Forbes will address the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce's annual meeting and summit at The Greenbrier on Sept. 3.
Editor-in-chief of Forbes Magazine and president of its parent company since 1990, Forbes also ran unsuccessfully for the Republican presidential nomination in 1996 and 2000.
Forbes will be joined at the annual meeting by Gov. Joe Manchin and Jim Justice, the new owner of the famed resort, who will outline his plans to regain its five-star rating.
