BECKLEY, W.Va. -- The 42-year-old daughter of Powerball winner Jack Whittaker has been found dead in her Raleigh County home.

Raleigh County Sheriff's Deputy D.E. Stafford says the body of Ginger Whittaker Bragg was found Sunday afternoon in Daniels.

Stafford said in a statement Monday that no foul play is suspected. He says the body has been sent to the state Medical Examiner's office.

Jack Whittaker became an instant celebrity on Christmas Day 2002 when he won a nearly $315 million Powerball jackpot.

Ronald Meadows Funeral Home in Hinton is in charge of arrangements. The funeral home's director confirmed Monday that Bragg is Whittaker's daughter.

Whittaker's 17-year-old granddaughter and Bragg's daughter, Brandi Bragg, died in 2004.

Condolences to the Whittaker family. Losing a child is one of the hardest, if not THE Hardest, things in a parent's life. You're in my thoughts and prayers. God bless.

I'm genuinely sorry for the guy, but I suspect that Mr. Whittaker's family was a train-wreck before Jack won the lottery, and afterwards it became a celebrity train-wreck.
