A headline in Friday's Gazette incorrectly described the status of litigation over Massey Energy's purchase of the former Cannelton Industries mining operations. Massey continues to appeal a National Labor Relations Board judge's ruling that the company must rehire union miners and bargain with the United Mine Workers.
