Huntington man pleads guilty to drug charge

HUNTINGTON - A Huntington man pleaded guilty Tuesday in federal court to selling crack cocaine to a police informant in Huntington, the U.S. Attorney's Office announced.

Bryan T. Thompson, 38, faces up to 20 years in prison when sentenced by U.S. District Judge Robert C. Chambers on Sept. 21.

On Monday, a Barboursville man pleaded guilty to stealing five guns from a pawnshop in Wayne County.

Jonathan Luke Ross, 23, admitted that he broke into Sam's Gun and Pawn in Wayne on July 23, 2008, and stole the guns, according to the news release.
