Al-Anon: will have the following open meetings -- 8 p.m., Tuesdays, St. John's Episcopal Church, Parrish House, 1105 Quarrier St.; 7 p.m., Thursdays, St. Christopher's Episcopal, 819 Somerset Drive; 7 p.m. Sundays, study group, First Presbyterian Church, 508 Second Ave., Education Building, South Charleston.

Kanawha Valley Coin Club: will have its monthly meeting at 7;30 p.m. Tuesday at the South Charleston Public Library. For information, call 304-562-6917 or 304-727-4062.

Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association: will hold their monthly meeting at 5;30 p.m. Thursday at 1248 Greenbrier St. 

Tri-County YMCA,: Scott Depot, will have a Teen Night End of School Dance Party from 7 to 10 p.m. June 5 for children in grades 6-12. The cost is $1 for YMCA members and $2 for non-members. DJ, swimming, games, basketball, pizza, dance. For more information, call 304-757-0016 or fax 304-757-0017.

Kiddie Academy of South Hills: is enrolling for summer camp. This year's Discovery Camp will start on June 8 and run throughout the summer. Kiddie Academy is also accepting registration for its all-day Pre-K classes for 3- and 4-year-olds beginning in August. For information on the camp or to register for Pre-K classes, call 304-347-9885.

St. Patrick Church: will sponsor a health fair from 1 to 4 p.m. June 13 at the church, 207 Jefferson St., Bancroft. Free screenings include blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, bone density, skin cancer checks, drug awareness and demonstrations from the Putnam County drug dog and more. Doctors, nurses, health department, EMS department and sheriff's department representatives will be available for questions.
