'Dancing Outlaw' Jesco White cleared of drug charges

MADISON, W.Va. -- Jesco White, the "Dancing Outlaw" featured in multiple documentary films, has been cleared of drug charges by a Boone County magistrate.
White, 52, was arrested in April and charged with conspiracy to purchase a controlled substance. This week, Magistrate Porter Snodgrass ruled there was insufficient evidence against the famed mountain dancer, and dismissed the charges.
White's lawyer, Joel Baker, says his client is happy to have his name cleared of the charges.
White and his family are the subjects of a new documentary film, "The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia," which was bankrolled by the creators of the MTV show "Jackass."

Let's see now....They investigated the "lies" and found out that wasn't the case. Our very own Rocky Jay had to take center stage and announce that.
Hmmmm The economy is an international problem. Hard to blame GOP for that. The banking/credit problems can be traced back to Democrat policies. The GOP warned them the numbers didn't add up and there would be problems.
Enviromental issues. Common sense. We need fossil fuels until we can get other options up and running. Can't shut down mines, wells and plants until we have something else to use for power.
Gagged science. Stem cell research is alive and well with government financing. What the GOP didn't want was turning it into a commercialized cell harvesting industry.
You do need to be informed on issues and candidates. Many voters this last time around knew one name and one word. Obama and "change". Other than that they couldn't find DC on a map.
Yeah, the Klan had a similar mentality towards blacks voting.
