If convicted, Robert Dale Eady, 42, of Branchland, faces up to 60 years in prison.

The three-count indictment accuses Eady of persuading a minor into sexually explicit conduct so that he could produce a visual depiction on Aug. 25, 2008. Three months later, Eady possessed and distributed child pornography, according to the indictment.

The U.S. Attorney's Office is also trying to seize two desktop computers, one digital camera, four hard drives and 149 compact discs from Eady.
