Parade staging begins at 9 a.m. in a three-block area beginning at Virginia Street East and Interstate 64. Bands go to the eastern area.
The parade route is up Virginia Street East, left on Court Street to Washington Street East, where the parade will disband. The reviewing stand will be on Court Street.
The parade is being organized in conjunction with the Vietnam Veterans of America's Region III Conference, which takes place April 16-18 at the Embassy Suites hotel in Charleston.
