Harts, W.Va. -- The man who allegedly robbed a Lincoln County pharmacy, then made his getaway on an ATV, turned himself in to police Sunday.

Police say Thomas Church, 27, robbed the Harts Pharmacy on W.Va. 10 of 100 OxyContin pills just after noon Thursday. He was wearing a black ski mask and carrying a shotgun, said Sgt. Michael Baylous of the West Virginia State Police.

State Police Cpl. J.L. Joyce and several other troopers responded to the scene but Church fled on an ATV that was found in the Midkiff area later that day.

Church turned himself in to Joyce on Sunday, Baylous said.
