CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- U.S. District Judge Joseph R. Goodwin granted an injunction that will stop Kanawha County Schools from randomly drug testing its teachers and other employees starting Jan. 1.

So class, let's summarize the plan proposed by The State Cheerleaders and Apologists[GULP]:
.Random,BUT URGENT,drug screens for the home economics teachers at 2pm and not a moment sooner or later.
.Random drug screens for the general student population to make sure the UNAPPROVED chemicals(like stimulants, tranquilizers and pain medications)are not in their blood, and REQUIRE forced'Rehab'
.Forcing APPROVED chemicals(like stimulants, tranquilizers and pain medication) into their blood so they can stay in the same seat and AVOID forced 'Treatment'.
.Scheduled drug screens for football players and the chess team
.Intermittent visits by the masked, armed police of The State and their drug-addicted doggies during LOCKDOWN.
.Forced entry into student lockers.
.Hotlines to provide anonymous reports.
.Deputized and militarized medicalprofessionals roaming the hallways and extracting confessions to be faithfully relayed back to HQ.
