 4  medium potatoes, cut into spears

 3  tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

 2  teaspoons paprika

 1  teaspoon kosher salt

 1/2  teaspoon garlic powder

 1/2  teaspoon onion powder

 Pinch cayenne

 Freshly ground black pepper to taste

HEAT oven to 350º.

MIX all ingredients in a bowl until potatoes are coated.

ARRANGE potatoes in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.

BAKE 45 minutes. Shake the pan to rearrange potatoes halfway through the cooking time.
