Paris for the savvy
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Conrad G. Locus II of Lincoln County will sign copies of his travel guide from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Taylor Books on Capitol Street.
Lucas and William D. Norgard have written "Europe Beyond Your Means: The Paris Edition."
A news release describes the book as "an irreverent, entertaining guide to visiting Paris like a true Parisian, not like an American wandering outside the Louvre clutching a map."
The guide offers suggestions for the savvy traveler who wants to absorb the culture of Paris -- no matter the financial cost.
